Community Connections Resource Center
The city’s first police substation, "Community Connections," is open at 1501 First Avenue SE. Public city services from the following departments and representatives are stationed at this location: Cedar Rapids Police Department, Fire Marshalls, Code Enforcement, Juvenille Probation Officers, and local school liaison officers.
